what special adaptations do frogs have?

Answers:
Can breathe thru skin or lungs..if in mud or on land.

Long tongue which attaches to front of mouth to whip out and get those bugs..

Secretes mucous to keep it wet and from drying out in land.

Webbed feet for swimming.

Membranes on eyes to help it see under water and not close the eyes..

Lays many eggs to assure the next generation..

Just to name a few off of the top of my head, frogs have webbed feet, allowing them to more easily through the water. In addition, their powerful hind leg muscles allow them to jump great distances, either to escape danger, or move about their environment. Because they live in a moist environment, they are able to breathe through their skin; their eggs are also designed to thrive in a moist environment, for most species.
