What is walking speed of a black ant?

Answers:
I've been wondering the same thing.
1/4 of an inch per second?
uphill or downhill ?
Depends on the ant, but I've observed fireants and whatever the regular ants that live in america are called walking about 1 inch per second, which is 0.057 miles per hour. I'm sure some move faster and some slower than that.
Two steps faster than your black uncle. lol
With or without cargo? About 24mph.
in case if black ant has same weight to us. it will be 8-16 km/hr. (Walk)
But if for an black ant speed those size should be 1.3km/hr.
:)
WHY ON EARTH WOULD U WANNA KNOW THAT
